We cold roll our own coil and run it straight into the tube mills. Controlling the input is what lets us hold gauge on the output — through pipe, section, profile and wire alike.

What we manufacture

MS Pipe
Schedule 10, 20, 40 and 80 to ASTM A53, Grade A and Grade B
Electric resistance welded mild steel pipe from 1/2" to 16" diameter in wall thicknesses to 12 mm, hydro-tested and supplied against ASTM A53 in Grade A and Grade B.

Hot-dipped galvanized to BS EN 10255:2004 in Grades L, M and H
Hot-dipped galvanized iron pipe in Grades L, M and H, threaded to BS EN 10226:2004, rated to 50 bar hydro pressure and suitable for drinking water.

From coil to consignment
Six stages, every one of them inspected. Nothing leaves the mill without a certificate against the standard it was ordered to.

Coil in, inspected
Prime soft mild steel coil is checked for gauge, width and surface before it is accepted onto the floor.
- 02
Slit to width
Coil is slit to the strip width the finished section calls for, so wall thickness lands on tolerance.
- 03
Formed and ERW welded
Strip is roll-formed and high-frequency welded into round, square or rectangular section on automatic lines.
- 04
Sized, straightened, cut
Tube is sized to final outside diameter, straightened, and cut to length. Ends are faced and deburred.
- 05
Galvanized or finished
GI lines go through hot-dip galvanizing and threading to BS EN 10226. Black pipe is finished and coated.
- 06
Tested and certified
Hydro test, dimensional check and weight check. Mill test certificate issued with the consignment.

Our plant in Sheikhupura
Unit 1 at 16-KM Lahore–Sheikhupura Road carries the cold rolling, slitting and tube lines on one site, while Unit 2 on Ring Road, Badami Bagh keeps the company on Lahore’s steel market — rolling in Sheikhupura, trading in Lahore.
